Solved by exiting as much as possible running programs - and let EP (22621.1992.56.1) to download symbols for My build - Windows 11 22H2 (22621.2070) - only want to mention - I have running NetMeter - and I noticed, that the problem of EP is, when it starts to download symbols, and explorer.exe crashes - also download of symbols is interrupted - and after restart explorer, it begins again from start to download correct symbols (when available) - also the solution is to let the EP running on OLD SYMBOLS as long as possible to run without restart (crash) - so it can download full symbols set.
